And when I say high-ticket clients, I’m talking about offers between 8k – 100k.

Signing high-ticket clients can be difficult and even scary if you need to convince people to sign up for your thing or if they don’t really understand if your thing is for them.
 
Let’s say you’re a coach and want to sell your coaching programme, and you tell how fantastic the result is that your clients experienced.
They felt relieved and passionate again and were very happy with your coaching. They include your name in their prays and really love everything you do.
 
Sounds good, right?
 
But you don’t really talk about your offer much in the sense of what you actually do. Sure, you talk about your containers, the timeline, etc., and how brilliant the result is (yup, you use those testimonials).

And there might be a few reasons you don't want to talk about the way you actually work;

👉 your offer is not a cookie-cutter solution, and everything is personalised
 
👉 you don’t want your competitors to steal your stuff
 
👉 you don’t have a set programme; you really just improvise based on what your client wants
 
👉 you are afraid of telling ‘everything’ and don’t know what to say that doesn’t give up everything
 
👉 you have no clue about the actual transformation you’re offering
 
You see, quite a few of them are fear-based or operational issue-based. And all of these make it challenging to sell your high-ticket offer. Because let’s be honest, whilst we’re all very different and want very different stuff, we’re still exactly the same.
 
We all want health, wealth, happiness, great relationships, saving time, increase our prestige and popularity.
 
We all want the same things in life and in business. But we want to get there on a different path, using various tools that make us happy or work for our personalities.
 
So, whilst you ‘hide’ what you actually do in your offer, you’re making it more difficult for people to understand if your thing is for them. They want to know if you provide them with the tools, they want to use and fit their personalities.
 
You want to sell high-ticket offers, so you need to think of your buyers as they’re intelligent, sceptical and busy.
 
They don’t want to guess what you ‘actually’ do. They don’t want to hop on a ‘clarity/discovery/whatever’ call just to get some answers about your programme. They only want to do that when they want to know if YOU are a fit for them, not your programme. They don’t want to waste time and work to understand if you can help them or not.
 
It takes time, and time is a precious resource, and you can’t waste your prospect’s time by not giving them the info they need to make educated decisions BEFORE contacting you.
 
You can see so many offers that tell the benefits, talk about the features and why the offer is something the prospect really needs. Without giving a breakdown of the offer, so the prospect couldn’t possibly understand how things will work once they sign up and start working with them. And everything is so ambiguous. And yes, this leads to an increased number of refunds and chargebacks. And even negative reviews.
 
There’s an actual step-by-step process I use with my clients when we break down their offers in a way that influences an intelligent, sceptical and busy prospect to buy.
