Struggling to price your offers to get what you’re worth?

Buildling and packaging offers one of the biggest things my clients struggle with, but it’s vital to address so that you feel valued for your services and offers.

Here’s how I price my programmes and offers;

I did this when I decided to simplify my business and work less without any financial backslash on cutting my working hours back. I calculated how much money I needed to make a month and how much money I needed.

I know this is basic, but this is how I started. I considered tax, operational costs, etc., to be able to really see how much I need to make monthly/yearly – yeah, there’s always some sort of fluctuation during months, which is normal.

After that, I checked on my offers. What they deliver, how I work with clients, and how they get the best results. I looked at how I can optimise those offers (which I constantly do as my aim is to serve better and help clients get better results).

I wanted to have offers that bring the best results to my clients in the quickest possible way because, after all, who has tons of time waiting for results? I wanted my offers to solve a MASSIVE issue that is not a generic thing, and it MAKES A DIFFERENCE. I wanted it to be a unique way that shows a different approach.

And this is how I pinpointed the main issues and condensed my previous offers into the Outstanding Gameplan, and the Profit Zone offers. And after I had the base, I was working on outlining them (meaning optimising the s**t out of them) to quicken the delivery time.

Once I knew how long it’d take me to provide the same level of service in a few hours or max 3 days, I could price it accordingly. So, this is how I do it now;

Every client starts with the Outstanding Gameplan because this is the base for everything. It’s a 2,5 hours online session that helps service-based businesses with a max of 3 decision-makers strengthen their uniqueness and leverage buyer psychology to increase their profit-making them incomparable.

First, we look at their business and industry and offer to understand why people buy from them and leverage buyer psychology to sign more clients. (I wrote a dissertation on the topic.)

And we find the unique essence of their offer that puts them above all similar offers to attract and impress their (prospective) clients.

And after that, we do the math and their pricing to ensure their business can reach a very nice and comfortable high-profit margin revenue (a.k.a. their ambitious income goal) without working every hour under the sun. Yes, this means we brainstorm ways to increase the value of their offer or reduce delivery time.

Yes, you see this well; this is the same thing I went through for my own business 😊

And after the Outstanding Gameplan session, they receive a summary of what they wish to accomplish. They have their unique method and essence in hand that they can use immediately to communicate their awesomeness.

They also receive my plan to move them forward because the first part is knowing the what and how; the second is actually doing it. It details what they need to do to accomplish the goal we identified with the best-fit Profit Zone programme (if any of those would work for them).

Because I designed the Profit Zone offers to give them the tools they need to build on their uniqueness and leverage buyer psychology to increase their profit in 1 or 3 days.

And of course, after the session, I also can see if I’d want to work with them further or not.

So I made this Outstanding Gameplan a £3,000 offer that was previously the base of a month-long programme for a higher price. But now, because I take this as a base for all the other programmes, the cost gets applied to any Profit Zone offers moving forward.

When someone decides to go for any of the Profit Zone offers, they will get a coupon code they can use at the checkout. So my ‘base’ product is £3,000, and the 3 different Profit Zone offers are building on this and each other.

Yes, those offers were the base of my 3 months programmes. As I said, I worked through everything and optimised the delivery to get the same results in a much quicker, more potent way.

The other 3 main products I’m selling are; Profit Zone (£13k), Profit Zone Plus (£18k) and Profit Zone Mega (£23k).

All of them are linked to each other, so if you’d want the most extensive package (Profit Zone Mega, which is delivered in 3 days), you’d get the Profit Zone, and Profit Zone Plus offers too.

The Profit Zones are for service-based businesses that need simplified processes, crystal clear, concise messaging, content, and the most straightforward marketing plan to sell NOW because they don’t have the time to wait 3-6+ months to start selling and to increase their profitability by 20%, in 1 or 3 days, without spending more time or money on marketing—everything they need to step up and scale.

All the things they need to build on their uniqueness and leverage buyer psychology to increase their profit.

But I’m not going to detail these offers now, as it’s not the point.

So by pricing, organising and running a business this way, I can easily schedule the days and work I can deliver, and it’s much easier to do it this way for me.

I priced my offering at a very reasonable price, even though those are high-ticket offers.

I do not need to work every day with lengthy processes and stuff my days with smaller, different tasks that decrease my productivity at the end of the day.

My offers are premium because I can deliver results very quickly due to this strongly optimised structure and many years of experience.
