The idea behind posting multiple times a day comes from visibility issues. Because just a small percentage of your followers can see your posts at any given time.

So the coach thought that if you up your game and churn out content 4 times a day and ask for the sale, you’ll get sales.
It’s a variety of formats, so the algorithm can pick whatever they want to push.

Not everyone will see your promo posts, so you kinda ‘get away’ with constantly posting sales stuff.

It ‘kinda’ makes sense. But it’s crap.

To churn out this amount of GOOD quality posts you need to spend a lot of time on content creation. 4 pieces of individual content for every platform. 1 video. Stories. Carousels. Reels. TikTok. LinkedIn. Instagram. Group. Business profile. Personal profile.

And tons of s***y content.

Sure you’re visible and sure people can see you. But what happens if they click on your profile because prospective clients tend to do that.

They land on your profile and they see rubbish content. And tons of sales content. The usual ‘buy my stuff’ content.

And you come across desperado…

Because you don’t have the energy or the capacity to write GOOD promo material that leverages buyer psychology.
Content that is unique to you and to your offer.

And s***e content is still s***e content.

Being visible does not mean that people want to see what you type/record. And it doesn’t mean they want to/will buy from you ever…

OK, clever clog, but I don’t know what to post about. – I hear you.

You have an offer, write content around that. What do people need to know before they buy your offer? Are there any pre-requisites? Can you educate them on that?

For example, for my offer (in a nutshell I help my clients increase their profit whilst reducing their working hours), they need to be service providers (coaches and consultants are in this category too).

They need to know their target audience and already selling their offers.

Why? Because you CANNOT optimise a business model to increase profit if you don’t have sales. You know, it’s not a ‘business’ as of yet without clients…

Because you CANNOT pinpoint the uniqueness of your offer, yourself and your business without already having worked with clients. You’re going to change your biz tons of times when you start out.

Because you CANNOT create content that converts without knowing who you sell to and what you’re selling.

And if you’re not clear, chances are your content won’t be either.

Self-sabotaging rules your days. You don’t dare to ask for the sales. You want to change your offer. Again. Or your branding. Or funnel. Or you need a new sales script to get the encouragement…

I’ve seen it so many times.

So no, you don’t need 4 pieces of unique content for every single platform.

You don’t need to create videos if you don’t want to. You just need content that is actually related to your offer and business and to you. You just need to post in ONE platform consistently to get clients.

It depends on your offer, but it might be enough to post only 3 times a week. You might need 5. But you definitely don’t need more.

Of course, these come down to what you want to achieve. You want to build an audience, email list or you want to sell your offer. All require a different approach. In a nutshell, you need a content plan that’s designed to sell your offer.

And these were one of my tips to be able to speak with prospective high-ticket clients (and in my book high-ticket offers are something between 8k to 100k), without posting 8639 every single day and crying your eyes out because you’re tired and burnt out AF.
